Pros
Really enjoy working here. There are many opportunities to take advantage of, but its on you to do so. Typically federal employment so clearance is required. Raises are standard with your tenure.
Cons
Where i am at the travel is between 60 to 90 percent. I enjoy it but may be a turn off to some. If you dont want to switch to a management role your pay will level out after several years.
