      Dead end career No career potential Meaningless work You will only utilize 5% of your capacity on any given day Poor pay Benefits were never good but are getting worse No real engineering actually happens here Bogged down with so much self imposed regulation you can’t actually get anything done This place ends up being a bad mark on your resume

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
