      Secure position within a bargaining unit. Professional environment. Family type atmosphere.

      Cons

      Factory like schedule. Short lunch break. Due to size of employee base it is easy to go unnoticed for accomplishments. Cost of living adjustment is not realistic for Hawaii.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Cons

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
