Pros

Other employees non management are great. Only reason to stay was the benefits. Travel benefits Insurance benefits Office was nice Before pandemic they did alot of fun things.

Cons

During the pandemic they really didn't care about their employees. They kept you in the dark and made it feel like everything was fine. Probably the worse way to treat your employees during a national pandemic. They are hiring now again and I would never go back after how they treated everyone. They showed their true colors and nature during a time when people needed help. Only cared about teams making them money. Alot of favoritism.

Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
