Based on what I heard from current interns, I didn’t find any clear pros to highlight.
Cons
I was offered an job offer here, but I chose not to join after speaking with multiple current employees/interns. The most common issue they reported was delayed salaries/stipends, delays hold-ups that stretched for weeks. That was a red flag for me. When a company can’t commit to timely payments for interns, it speaks volumes about how they treat their people. I decided to skip the opportunity rather than deal with avoidable frustration.
