Pros
The analysts and support staff are wonderful. They really make the hardship you deal with worthwhile.
Cons
The company has no direction. They cannot seem to figure out what they want to be, so the task their business development staff with responding to dubiously relevant contracts the company can't really do. Meanwhile, the roots of the company withers on the vine. Upper management and BD portrays the company as a data company when the biggest asset is qualitative analysis. Upper management is at best unaware and at worst uncaring about situations among their staff. Staff is treated as a commodity, and not an asset. Clearances have been dangled in front of some employees for months seemingly as a carrot on a stick - security staff epitomizes incompetence. The same goes for raises.
