Pros
Good Central Location Young team, Aggressive & Dynamic Business Plans. Decent Pay Scale.
Cons
Lack of functional Organizational Structure. Zero Emphasis on Work Culture, Value System or Staff attrition. Business Unit head's are Demi God's and enjoy absolute immunity. They don't have to conform to any rules/norms if they bring in the dollars. The Top Management has very little focus on day to day running and rely on informal channels who are doing good only for consolidating their own positions.
