Pros
Company is focused on making patients lives better and improving patient care when they are not in the clinic. It's clear in the company's vision, weekly meetings, and road map that Patient Experience and improving outcomes is the end goal. Work life balance, ability to work remote, small kitchen w/ a few snacks and drinks. Navigating Cancer has great minds collaborating together which all add to the benefits of working here. Lots of smart dedicated people who work with a purpose.
Great relationships with customers and ensuring the product matches the client needs.
There is also the ability to learn and grow here. With a small workforce, there is always opportunity to learn a new segment of the business and cross train. It does require the gogetter attitude though.
Cons
A small company which has grown rapidly over the last several years has left some undesirable code that needs cleaning up. With a small engineering team the debate is always fix what we have or build what is needed. Health benefits are good, but missing 401k match and limited employer sponsored life insurance, short term/long term disability compared to other health care companies. Vacation/PTO benefits are decent
