Pros

Flexibility in Schedule. Quiet Environment. They do accept junior recruiters and can help them learn the basics. Great Clients. Tulsa manager is extremely supportive.

Cons

1st off, I was not fired from my position and I was hitting my goals. I am writing this so the cons can be seen with the pros. Cursing, micro-management and unstructured training. The company did not provide any help towards personal growth(which I believe is a MUST in today's world). Management was extremely negative and did very little to promote a positive atmosphere. Rules and policies are constantly changing. Depending on the day and recruiter will depend on which policy is followed. I never expected the leaders of the company to act in such an unprofessional manner to it's subordinates.

In keeping with our core beliefs and transparency I wanted to make sure we addressed some of your concerns/claims from your review. First off, I am sorry to hear you felt dissatisfied at best - as a management team we pride ourselves on most of the areas you mentioned as cons so your feedback seems misguided. Our first core value is People First and that starts with our employees, we never want anyone to feel they are a subordinate as we truly work as a team. Being positive is the backbone of our company from the top down and is especially important as a recruiter. If you had concerns with management, the atmosphere or anything for that matter, addressing them while you were employed would have provided an opportunity for us address them and find a solution for your success. Again - as a small business transparency is very important as we continue to grow. To say our rules and policies are constantly changing depending on the day and recruiter is simply not true. We have implemented new policies (as all businesses do) to enhance our process for the betterment of the team and individual. Whenever new policies are created we discuss them collectively as a team to gather feedback before implementing anything. As for training and micro-management – those tend to go hand in hand when you are learning a new position/skill. You said the Tulsa manager was extremely supportive and you were hitting your numbers so if the training wasn’t good I am not sure if that would have happened. Finally, culture - I agree that we can always do more for team building! In the past year alone we have added video conferencing for our office meetings for collectiveness, quarterly team dinners/events in Tulsa, flying employees to different locations and fun contests. I do hope you find success in your new career and wish you all the best. Thank you for your feedback and I will take all of it into consideration on areas that we can improve.

Pros

• Trained and allowed me to start recruiting with no previous recruiting experience. • Freedom to plan your day how you see fit (no micromanaging) • Small company and great vibes. Can easily ask your coworkers questions. •New job orders coming in throughout the year keep things fresh and interesting!

Cons

Takes time and patience to start to see money come in due to gaurentees but once you get your cadence going you'll be set.

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to hear it is a positive experience. Recruiting takes time to see results but we work hard to help you get there! And WFH is definitely an option with us post-pandemic!
