Unprofessional - Anonymous employee Navjoy Employee Review

Owner cursed out other employees during their review. Also will not hear out your side of story and will always choose the client over you. To them, you are just a dollar sign. Company gives out "bonus" checks for overtime that's not time and a half. They embellish on others' achievements and then fail to build rapport or acknowledge employees in further establishments. They don't care about how well you do your job, only whether or not you make them money and promote the company. HR is also completely botched. They make so many errors.
