      Pros

      The client is great and you can be a valuable asset to them. You can actively help with traffic management and keeping people safe on the roads. Great team that will help you grow and gain experience in traffic control.

      Cons

      Verbally abusive if you bring any constructive criticism to leadership, also victimize you by never giving you a raise. Unless of course you follow them and like everything on their linkedin page and have average performance, raises are not based on performance. I have seen many decent hard working employees mistreated. Massive turnover. Avoid the company owner at all costs.

      Pros

      My position is 100% remote. The pay is fair for the work. PTO is good and there is holiday pay for most holidays.

      Cons

      I'm a contractor and because of the contracts I don't get raises very often.

      There are some Work from home opportunities

      Cons

      I was released abruptly ( get done with work on Wed., turn your computer in Thurs. morning) for no reason. When I asked why I was told that they didn't need to provide me one.
