Meaningless discipline: - After 3 late mark salary of 4 days will get deducted. - Office open at 9:30 AM, if you come early door remain close to till 9:30 AM. - After 9:30 AM you come to office it will consider as a late mark. - Owner always prefers to takes meeting after 7 PM(Please tell him them when to go home). - Used to call colleague as Sir/Madam. - If your task is not completed on time then ready to escalation from Owner. Not a good place for competitive people. New hires have to work ten times harder to gain trust and attention of the CEO. Totally unfair organization where owners would fall to any level and when the Owner talks to an employee, He exceeded his limit.
