Pros
You will not find a group of people that are all-around so intelligent (intellectually, emotionally, etc.), the culture is amazing, the partners really invest in their people through various activities including paid social events, personality trait trainings, mentorships, and an array of other items that contribute toward a comfortable and energized culture. Not to mention the industries served are very intriguing and rewarding.
Cons
It's not so much a reflection on the firm, it's probably more just the public accounting industry in general, but there are times where a lot of hours are required, sometimes overwhelmingly so.
