Pros
-Basically, everyone other than the supervisors was helpful and offer to teach and guide you through tasks. -Providing for our service men and women was such a blessing as they were kind and respectful. -You can also make extra money selling Service Packages for products mostly electronics. -You get paid for doing simple training videos and exercises before and after your first day on the job.
Cons
-Supervisor at this particular workplace (anonymous) loved to make negative comments on associates when they were not around. -Long Time Associates acted like they were Associates giving negative attitudes to new and short time associates as well as customers. (I received several complaints about one longtime associate more often than you would think.) -One Supervisor had it out from the beginning of my employment, this supervisor lied about me doing something that was against store policy when I did not and there was video evidence that made me innocent. -It seemed like this particular supervisor picks and chooses favorites, favorites being whoever can take her shifts on weekends so she can do whatever. I chose not to take extra shifts because I did not need them as someone else might have needed the extra money. -Not enough employees running the store, you might end up like me trying to multi-task the front registers, stock the shelves, and take custom orders all while longtime employees sit back and answer phone calls.
