Good Management. 7. Timings are flexible. 8. Gives good hike (more than industry norms) to those who switch from big companies.
Cons
1. HR personals are less. should recruit more HRs. 2. Infrastructure is not that good. (However Company has purchased Land next to the current Plot.) 3.Less No. of Seminars and Training. 4. No specific dress code. (Formals should be compulsory for at least two days in a week) 5. Less onsite opportunities.
