Pros

Salary is okay if you don't consider your mental health, social life and you're okay with working 12hrs+ a day

Cons

Your senior will absolutely verbally abuse you if you ever ask for proper onboarding, because according to their school of thought, there isn't supposed to be any onboarding. They will lie and tell you that it's a hybrid job 8hrs/day, and then blame you for leaving after working 9+ hrs. If you don't impress them within 2 weeks, they'll start heavily pushing you towards quitting, while saying that you don't need the money so you should stay at home. Seniors are okay with shouting at you and SLAMMING your laptop shut and will get upset when you ask questions. HR are very unprofessional and unhelpful, they'll forget to onboard you and they'll miss telling you crucial details during the interview in order to hit a 'target'. They do not treat employees as humans but as machines, that will always be ready to work with zero resources or basic decency.

Good overall environment in the company

Cons

Managers in performance dont understand what they are doing and are not good neither on a humane or technical level. they simply lay people off ( they laid off 3 people in the same month without a valid reason) . They call themselves a learning environment but will simply kick you out when you dont learn from the first time.

-They lie to employees when they propose the salary, saying they will be getting a bonus twice their salary per year and they don't even get one full salary as a bonus. -When a candidate's salary is higher than the company's bracket, they persuade them by saying, "You will reach this salary in the next salary increase cycle," and obviously that doesn't happen. the salary increase percentage is lower than any other company in the market. -They can move to any position if it's in the same department without your consent -They don't give salaries fairly; a team of 4 could be doing the same job and have the same background; however, the salary difference between each could reach up to 30% -Their building is very unhygienic. -The place where the company lies has zero parking spots. Employees' cars have been scratched, glass broken, and things stolen from the cars, and the area is very unsafe for girls.
