      Pros

      The training and commitment to employees is unmatched. They take care of their people and compensate them very well. I made great connections working here and will always have great memories of my time.

      Cons

      It would have been nice to have had a budget for marketing to really advertise the services effectively.

      Pros

      -great exposure to a lot of variety for younger techs to get into HVAC

      Cons

      -Management (many issues) -chaotic dispatching office -Favouritism amongst manager/tech relationships -hours not distributed fairly -zero training on complex systems you’re expected to be an expert in -recently acquired by PE, will only lead to more cuts on training and a shell of what the company once was.
