Students are nice and good greenery. The lunch people are friendly and good cooks.

Very little administrative support, no feedback, no resources provided, constantly change the classes you teach and tell you the week before school starts, no curriculum or standards provided for the teachers to follow, poor tech (wifi routinely does not work), no training provided on teaching software, no professional development days, often does not have a full staff hired.
