Pros
The people working in the trenches are actually great people. They would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it.
Cons
I worried that I was going to get fired everyday. The company was unpredictable and the management was not supportive. They could never make up their mind on decisions and routinely made false promises. Being owned by a private equity firm didn't help as they have no idea about insurance.
