Ten years. That is not a tenure we take lightly in our ever-evolving world, and this review is not one we take lightly either.
You came to us through an acquisition, uncertain of what the future held, and chose to stay, to grow, to build, and to lead. That kind of journey does not happen by accident and it does not happen without the person at the center of it showing up consistently, taking ownership, and being willing to do the hard work of figuring out where they fit and what they are capable of. You did that. We are just glad the environment gave you room to do it.
What you wrote about not initially understanding the value you brought, and then growing into that understanding over time, is one of the most honest and generous things we have read in a review. It is a reminder of what is possible when people are patient with themselves and with an organization, and when an organization is patient right back.
The work you described at the intersection of technology, data, and go-to-market strategy is exactly where we are focused, and having people like you leading that charge a decade in is not something we take for granted either.
Thank you for staying. Thank you for building. And thank you for writing this so thoughtfully. It means more than you know.
