      - Great work/life balance. Very mature expectations. - Top tier clients. You feel respected and your work is appreciated. - Smart colleagues. Everyone has a lot of experience and works hard on keeping the skills up-to-date. - Straight to the point management. Honest and transparent. No feel of the corporate environment.

      - Working with enterprise clients has it's downsides as the decision process can be slow

      - Some great clients, if you're staffed on a good one it's worth it - Solid benefits - Great coworkers - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Instability and lots of weird decisions being made (layoffs, increase in offshore hiring, personnel churn, inscrutable changes to bonus plan) likely driven by investor demands on profitability - Communication from leadership is tonedeaf and not transparent - Corporate, somewhat awkward company culture - No diversity in the leadership team
