Pros
- Fully remote. - Coworkers are largely wonderful. Nearform hires amazing people. - Good compensation, great benefits.
Cons
- Significant divide between Europe and America in terms of project pipelines, culture, and stability. The American side has been in a state of constant flux for years. - Concerns that are presented to leadership and HR, at best, usually have no action taken, and often seem to be completely ignored. - Gobs of forthcoming projects were often mentioned to staff, but signed work never materialised, leading to holiday season layoffs. - Unacceptable delay in handling those layoffs. Speaking with affected people, well over 4 days later, they have not received paperwork.
