Pros
- Lots of self-learning
- Functional and "neat" products
- Convenient locations (Queen St. + Bayview Village)
Cons
- In-store training is incredibly rushed and not thorough enough
- High employee turnover rate and frequent restructuring
- Poor management: the founder heavily relies on his store managers to solve issues within the company, even if he's at fault
- Lack of flexible hours due to small team: even if you book a day off way in advance, approval is dependent on whether or not someone can cover the shift. Most times, you're not able to find someone who can cover, so you're left compromising important dates.
