Not a lot of room to grow or move up in the company. Some micro managing along with a lot of new upper management. The overall view about NET and where it is headed is somewhat blurred from the staff perspective. We do not currently have a strategic plan but there is one in the works.

Poor compensation. Similar internships in the area pay much more.
