Pros

There are no pros

Cons

You are sold the dream in the interview and then spend the rest of your time employed there working 15 hours a day for commission only (I would come out with around £100 a week which works out to about 90p an hour) and explaining to your friends and family how Nebula isn’t a pyramid scheme. They manipulate young, impressionable people into thinking they will become managing directors and then con employees into taking no holiday, spending their own money on forced travel and impressing potential recruits by showing off how much much money you earn (which is largely incredibly little). I would urge everyone to give this company a miss. Management are deceptive and volatile and have no regard for personal circumstances. You could lose a family member and they’d call you a ‘neg’ if you made no sales the following day.

Pros

really enjoyed my time at nebula, previously worked in indirect marketing with a degree in business management. great opportunity to improve my direct marketing skills (face to face). EVENTUALLY paid for the value i brought to a company as oppose to the period of time i had been there or how old i was... and was rewarded for my work ethic by being selected to go on an all expenses paid R&R trip to america. coached me to look at problems with a positive outlook.

Cons

adjusting to the hours was difficult when i first started as the previous role was in hospitality when i worked night. but once i adjusted to a more professional structure, all was well :D

Pros

They people you work with make it fun. It did help build my confidence I will give them that. Manager is a nice woman to work for and you do gain some good sales knowledge...

Cons

However this is a cult. It's a legal loophole of a mlm/pyramid scheme. You sign up as self employed so they get away with their pyramid scheme. Nothing wrong with working here as long as you're heartless because that's the only way you'll get to the management stage in the end. Graft, graft, graft but if you show any emotional weakness and it's out the door.
