Great Entry Level experience into a new and growing industry. Good opportunities for pay raises and promotion within. Most of the bud tenders and store managers don't hold the same values as corporate does.
Cons
They say they aren't corporate but DEFINITELY are the most corporate dispensary in Oregon, the bottom line is the only thing that matters to upper management. During wildfire season employees were punished for calling out over health concerns. Never any consistency with what management wants you to do from week to week, procedures change constantly and not everyone is updated accordingly so there can be three people doing a job three different ways. Corporate is much more worried about opening new locations and expanding their profit areas rather than putting their millions and millions back into the employees and locations they have. The product has consistently gotten worse, especially on the lower tiers there is mold and light burn running rampant but we are told to sell it anyways
