      Innovative, young team, in Retail space, absolutely an industry leader with solid core technologies

      if you consider it a con, it's an European company that operates in a European way. Thus decision process may be slow, but it is a flat hierarchy company.

      Unfortunately, I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Gossipy culture in a small office setting, no direction, incredibly challenging to make money due to commission structure and length of time to close a deal (can take years), passive aggressive culture.
