Cluttered and counterintuitive software with no guidebook - which is fine for day to day sales but miserable for projects, relies on trickledown legacy education and ‘sink or swim’ training with much of the legacies rapidly returning - resulting in burnout for industry newcomers, no regional uniformity, lengthy revisions and an over reliance on poaching experienced competitor employees. Analog bookkeeping, ‘this how we’ve always done it’ corporate mentality from parent company rexel, chronic branch understaffing, a deep economic and social divide between on the ground branch workers and regional/corporate workers leading to damaged company culture.
