Pros
The supervising engineers for the internship projects are extremely helpful, and have an open door policy at all times. The company is also a very international workplace, so as a non-Dutch speaker, I have not experienced any language troubles. Nedcon is rapidly growing and internationalising their staff, so it is always lively here.
Cons
In the duration I have worked here so far, I hav'n't been able to identify any major shortcomings, except maybe the strong proportionality of this market sector to the global economy, since the primary material used is steel.
