Being a small sized company, NeedStreet has provided me with an amazing opportunity to learn and grow. Very few companies allow you to dabble in various roles and responsibilities and help you actually learn on the job, something that I was able to do here. The teams and management are extremely patient, understanding and accommodating and have helped immensely in my personal and professional growth as an individual and an employee. There is little or no politics and we have a work environment that is both healthy and positive.

No serious downfalls with this company

A 15 year old established company, that runs like a passionate start up. The opportunities for growth are unlimited, the amount you can learn is immense, the senior level management treats you like family and you'd end up feeling like it's your home!

It's not a very flashy company, so don't expect much corporate perks.
