The company does not have any pros. Even the salary provided is less.
Cons
No planning for project is done. They ask you to come on weekends they ask you to work day and night. Your peace will be gone and even though you work day and night and come on every weekends CEO literally abuses you. CEO cannot take a blame on him, his ego does not let you do something new even if your advice is correct. You will have to stick to whatever lame he says. He has hired a guy just to monitor people like literally the kind of monitors you have in school. When I was hired they told me that we have flexibility of WFH no timing boundation but they are not of their words they change it every week. One more very very important thing "THEY BAD MOUTH ABOUT YOU TO YOUR NEXT COMPANY" this has happened to many in the organization. I have seen then asking employees to reduce their pay in middle of their or else we will fire you type of thing. So basically you can consider this as a shop rather than a company. Say yes or agree to whatever management says or be in bad terms with them.
