Hiring and Firing culture - Business Analyst Neewee Employee Review

Neewee is a startup and just like most of them, it has aggressive environment in terms of meeting the requirements of the projects. Cons - Lack of mfg domain expertise in co founders - Underestimating the requirements leading to pressure on delivery - Fear of layoffs/firing based on past incidents - Don't expect Variable pay, Increments - company is in utter loss and high pressure from investors - All projects in POC stage and making loss. - Very very High attrition rate - They fire employees with absurd reasons without prior notice. It's a risky option if you have to choose between other offers or if you can afford to wait for another offer. If you need a job and this is the only option then you can join. Else please don't join.
