Great people to work with, many artists from different backgrounds always willing to help you and teach you. Good work/life balance some crunch times but that happens always in our industry, however you are always notified that overtime it’s required. Task are assigned based on difficulty and experience, for some projects we have time to experiment with new lighting and/or shaders. Management will get new plugins, software and assets if you ask them. There is a huge render farm for renders and animations Games room with table tennis, xbox, ps, and 2 breaks per day so you can play. Half day fridays once every month with lunch, beer, cake and cookies and the rest of the afternoon to play games with everyone, company BBQ during summer.

My experience at Neezo has been amazing. I’ve been in the rendering/animation field for over 10 years and I can say that Neezo has been the best overall fit. I’ve been here for going on 5 years now and love it. The atmosphere is great, the “work at your comfort” google style vibe environment is very comforting. The work environment allows the artist to have a free creative mind. All artists are willing to help each other, want to best for each other and teach one another. Work and Life balance is good with the odd crunch time. As an artist, you are given tasks ahead of time and it’s up to you on how to manage your work flow and know when to stay a little extra to get things done mind you it is not necessary most of the time if one is efficient. Rendering time is a breeze as Neezo has a huge render farm and we can finish work in much faster time. There is a themed games room that has ping pong (with tournaments), foosball table, unlimited video games on both Xbox/PS4, Air Hockey Table and outdoors we have Basketball, A portable Soccer Net etc. The company signs up for social events from ball hockey, to soccer/softball teams to wonderland/movies to restaurants. Neezo is truly a place to learn, grow and become a better artist, team player and overall person. I am excited for what the future brings at Neezo. I got a 15% increase in my base salary when joined Neezo from my previous job. I’ve worked 3 jobs before Neezo and my honest opinion is I’ve never found anywhere like Neezo, work is now my second home and I look forward to waking up the next morning knowing what’s to come.

As an open minded person and one that thinks fairly and logically I cannot truly think of anything bad that I’ve seen happen and or encountered at my time with Neezo.
