Some good employees who understood the need to change and embraced it Management team was able to adapt due to changing market conditions

Company has the vision but lacked the strategic planning and wasn't able to utilize the wealth of talented staff.

- Friendly working environment, the office is mainly made up of 20s-30s, so it's quite easy to fit in. Cross-dept wise, ppl are quite willing to help. - 'Flat' hierarchy over here - Staff discounts (It's a beauty export company, with quite some big brand items) - Flexible starting hours (8-10am)

- No structure: More of who you can get hold of, rather than who to look for. Bonus scheme changes every year. Add to yearly diff target amt & changing costs centre allocation, it's like a moving goal posts every quarter. - Progression: No career progression; New skills, upgrades, are largely dependent on what your superior will teach you or what you can identify & find out on. - Lack of communication: The warehouse just moved to a new place running on new systems. Any issues is largely dependent on team to alert & explain to you. Quite alot of changes going, and office side isn't update on, so quite annoying to be our own help centre.
