Neil Enterprises is a family owned and operated company that has been in business for over 60 years. The President of the company is in the office every day, from open until close, and makes it a point to communicate with each department daily. Hard work is easily recognized and rewarded. The company has grown and continues to grow tremendously, and the company welcomes employees to grow alongside of it. The company is located in a brand new building (built in 2019), featuring updated work stations, a large cafeteria with a patio, TV's, and enhanced concessions; and brand new restrooms and other facilities. Neil Enterprises is made up of 3 separate sales divisions (plus accounting, administration, and graphic design). Employees are encouraged to apply for growth opportunities when available (even in other divisions), and while each division is operated separately, company gatherings and Holiday Parties are celebrated together. The company has the benefits of the size of a larger private corporation, with the comfort of a small team of colleagues. From a personal experience, I started with Neil as an entry level customer service employee. Over 10 years I was promoted multiple times, each promotion giving me increased responsibility, flexibility, and opportunity. While I notice other reviews may critique Neil Enterprises for a "flat" business model, I have found that hard work has always been recognized and rewarded, and the company LOVES promoting from within. The company's clients have been loyal for many years, and for the most part are incredibly kind, so establishing a relationship can be very easy and comfortable. This is a private, family owned business, with a 3rd generation actively involved in the day to day operations. I have always felt that the inevitably of the 3rd generation's eventual takeover of the company has placed an increase appreciation on the employees who actively have a positive attitude and handle their work efficiently and effectively.
Cons
All Neil Enterprises divisions operate a in a B2B market - so active working hours are important during the day. This may be a con to employees accustomed to more hybrid business hour. That said, the company will rarely (if ever) reject PTO for personal obligations.
