Pros
A great environment, great team to work with and you have an amazing view of the old pot while working. Since the terrasse is part of a restaurants group, when the terrasse season is over you can move to another restaurants of the group.
Cons
Sometimes times are hard since summer can be really hot and humid and there is no air conditioner on the terrasse of the hotel. Since you are working on a terrasse, it is super dependent on the weather; you might get cut right before you come in or might have to stay even when there is light rain.
