Pros

A few gems of coworkers. Yearly bonus is now paid out quarterly. Free popcorn. Executives have been making more of an effort to be more visible/transparent and involve the average employee in things.

Cons

Terrible communication. High turnover - I was one of the most senior in my department after a few months and went through four supervisors in one year alone. Hard work is more likely to be overlooked than rewarded - I have heard so many coworkers say not to work hard for the company, that they don't deserve it, and your efforts won't come back to you. It seems like hardly anyone really wants to be here. The work culture can often times be kinda toxic. Part of their response to people complaining about low pay was to say they make our wages the lowest they can within market value.

Pros

*Team builds if they schedule them *Ice cream twice a week *Lab experience *Coworkers

Cons

*Micromanagement *Hard to move up *They don't care about their employees like they used to. They're opening up a new clean room and I highly advise to anyone that's going to apply to avoid sterility assurance as much as possible. High turnover rate and you usually can't take a break until after your shift which you can be in the clean room for 8-12 hours. Lots of mandatory overtime and it's exhausting. Mostly standing in one place and need to be very aseptic or else you will ruin the test. There's also cameras everywhere watching you. It's easy to burnout in this department. Even if you try leaving you'll never truly get out of it.
