Inconsistency in the day to day due to unreliable coworkers.

There are no pros to working for Nelson’s. No paid holidays, no sick or vacation time unless you work 200 hours then you get an 8 hour day but most of the time you will work 10 hours plus and won’t have enough to cover the entire day. I guess the one pro is if you like getting bent over dry every day this is the place for you

Considering you can have General Forman whom can’t read write or formulate a proper sentence not to mention probably didn’t finish highschool (Ellsworth) and if you like to be constantly lied to and then confronted about it Gary Allen has you covered. They hire their friends and only make random people work for production. The amount of times they just look the other way on some things for certain people is disgusting. You can’t even go to Hr (human resources) it should be re classified as MR (management resources) because they don’t leave the office and touch the line so they wouldn’t know the first thing of what was going on. You can be screamed at by your fellow employee and nothing is done about it I could go on and on and I will as I have the right to inform about crappy employers
