It is a very inviting place with wonderful people. A good place for beginners as you will be exposed to different areas in the tech space to understand where you fit. Relaxed work schedule and work life balance. The pay is not competitive but for the amount of work it is very decent.
Cons
If you are an intern with some work experience looking to take the next step (especially in software engineering) I encourage you to look for other tech companies as Neocloud is very broad. It is a software company but more like an Andela or AltSchool than a SystemSpecs or Flutterwave from an intern perspective.
