Pros

-Pay is good, but given all of the negatives/cons below, it was not worth the daily frustration and aggravation.

Cons

-As long as sales goals are being met, nobody in leadership seems to want to make the hard organizational and administrative decisions -Sales leads the organization at all costs, literally all costs...with very little process in place or respect or deference for other business units. -Little executive support for any non-revenue generating/operational departments (Finance, Ops, Marketing, etc)

A tough review to read, but I really do appreciate you taking the time to post it. I would have loved to have had the chance to talk while you were still at Neo4j. It's always hard to address concerns like this when they have not been brought to my attention. I'm so sorry to hear this was your experience and impression while at Neo4j. It's certainly not the experience we want our people to have. All of our business units/departments are equally important and all required to make this company a success. Big decisions are made about and within each department, every day. I'd love to hear more about your perspective, so if you're willing to chat, please do reach out! Thank you again, Kristin
