Pros
Work from home, plenty of vacation, benefits are amazing, and mental health days are always a plus.
Cons
No Career Development at all. I worked in HR and after a year of BS and seeing how bad the management has became over the year I decided to leave. My management was terrible. It was the only department with lots of women (which most of them all came from a previous company and worked together) so the management are friends outside of work and it's like a cult. Us low hanging fruit have no chance of promotions or raises. We were micromanaged daily with all new management based out of Boston and they were all terrible. Everytime we would meet and bash the other departments and talk about the bad reviews on glassdoor and think of ways to bring up the ratings (including making fake reviews). If you see all the good reviews they are placed after a bad review goes public to keep the ratings up. We never addressed any issues from the employee's. Instead we always laughed at how useless most of the people are here in the company and we shared so many secrets that we should not have. As a company they need to do better with management. Almost every violation and complaint was about the upper management and nothing gets done. All the bad reviews are all bad and on point about women not having much say in anything. Unless you are in the people team you are pretty much screwed from all the male dominating managers. The sausage fest rules in the company. And do not believe the good reviews, they are all FAKE and ridiculously obvious.
