Involved in great scientific endeavors. Limited cashflow to get some work accomplished. Angel investors are not easy to come by but there have been few that jumped on board. Limited growth potential for employees.
Cons
Small size, therefore lots fo work for each person to complete. Wages were low, benefits not great, work/life balance ok.
