Pros

YC startup tag in resume

Cons

Where should I start from? Politics - too much Back-bitching - I think School was better than this When they make mistakes, they say - We are a startup and we are still learning! When we make mistakes, the rule changes. HR - where do i get started on their HR! You can read the previews reviews from 2024. Everything claimed is true. I will summarise by saying the entire HR department of this startup can be replaced by an email service because they are the puppets of the founders. They lack basic work ethics, personal ethics (they don't care about being a part of dishing out fishy medical products to their country’s citizens) and hence, are still stuck with the founders. Too much Micro-managing; Not worth the salary at all No work-life balance No value of employees; only care about money Pro tip: Work in a company where you enjoy working and feel valued for your work. This company is definitely not that. Read all the other reviews and apply at your own risk!

Pros

* Mission-driven work: You get to represent innovative products that make real differences in people’s lives, from clinics in Tier-1 cities to public health programs in smaller towns. * Exposure & learning: The role isn’t limited to India—you get exposure to partnerships in other countries too, which is rare at an early-stage startup. * Autonomy & ownership: You’re trusted to lead discussions with senior stakeholders (doctors, pharma leaders, health orgs), giving you confidence and growth. * Supportive team: The leadership is approachable, open to ideas, and encourages experimentation. There’s a genuine culture of celebrating wins and learning from setbacks. * Fast-paced growth: You see the impact of your work quickly, whether it’s closing a deal with a pharma partner or enabling a new diagnostic program.

Cons

* Like any startup, things move quickly, and priorities can shift. It requires adaptability and self-drive. * Resources are lean compared to large corporates, so you need to be hands-on and proactive.
