Pros

Gives you an exposure in third party risk assessment

Cons

Works like a startup company. Nobody has any clarity regarding the flow of work. Managers are the dumbest I have seen in my whole career. They don't do any work except from gossiping. HR doesn't behave like HR. She is best friends with managers. False work pressure created on employees by assigning unnecessary work which is not generating any revenue. In short it's a complete lala company. No proper review system. No quantitative data against which your performance would be measured. Everything depends upon your manager's will.

We totally trust our team members and managers. As you can see in other reviews, an open-door policy has been our core value which promotes transparency. There is a detailed review process that provides a quantitative rating of every competency assigned. Maybe its best to understand the processes prior.

Pros

I love how the team is so dedicated to supporting each other and always improving. This shows up internally and with the customers. So refreshing.

Cons

It's mostly remote now but exploring hybrid options.

Pros

Neo has the energy of a startup that looks for innovative ways to work, develop new ideas and demands their team members to think differently and have a point of view. Neo thrives on a very informal and flat hierarchy which encourages team members to be able to reach out to anybody to learn and grow. The senior executives as well as the CEO are easily accessible to even the most junior team member to discuss ideas or seek help. Neo is a well acknowledged thought leader in the globalization space, and its niche offerings have helped bring success to a long list of Fortune 500 clients. So we have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest clients in the world, and our work impacts their growth and success.

Cons

As a global organization, we we work with team members in different time zones and are often required to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule. More HR initiatives are required for remote team members to better collaborate and engage with their geographically dispersed team members
