Pros

I really enjoyed working with Neocase US tech support team and appreciated them always going extra miles to find solutions to resolve our issues. I can honestly tell you that this support team was beyond excellence, and I always commended them to my management for their commitment and dedication supporting our HR teams.

Cons

It had been very unpleasant working with some Neocase management people who cared less about customers and never kept their promises. I often had to work with their Migration/Customer Success and Professional Services managers on numerous projects which mostly never got delivered to me nor I heard back from them despite my multiple attempts on asking them for an update. Their lack of commitment and professionalism to the projects had indirectly and consequently affected my job as I was not able to report back to my management on progress of these projects. As a result of this, I always had to explain to my management as to why my assignments never got completed or kept getting delayed months after months. Almost everything was a disaster.

If you love direct contacts with customers, that’s the place to be. Amazing relationships based on true partnership to build the best solution. I enjoy hearing my clients sharing the impact we have on their employees.

Cons

A lot of work! Which in my case is a good thing the more I do the more t sale the more I make

Pros

Company is filled with genuine and kind people doing meaningful work. Having resources in the US and EMEA gives global coverage and a lot of opportunity. On Trend with the use of agentic AI in the HR Space while still offering powerful options for HR service center personnel.

Cons

Would be great to get together in-person more often to increase company synergy and align on market prioritization and cross-training.
