Neocase is a clear leader in the niche software and services market for enterprise HR Shared Services (HRSS) centers, with a comprehensive application suite that is simply unequalled - e.g., with HR portal for employee and manager self-service, including mobile capabilities; personalized knowledge base with recommendation engine to support "Tier Zero" resolution; collaborative case management with service level agreements, inbound & outbound e-mail management, live chat, employee surveys; powerful Business Process Management tools that include a graphical process designer, smart form builder and integration tools to automate manual processes and streamline workflows; robust analytics, BI and reporting; etc. It easily integrates with and complements all leading HRIS/HRMS systems.

Cons

Top enterprise HRIS/HRMS providers are adding more HRSS capabilities to their core offerings, IT help desk solution providers are trying to expand into the HR case management space and one large SaaS/PaaS company (you-know-who) is trying to provide everything to everybody, so competition is growing at an ever-increasing pace and the window of opportunity as a clear market leader might eventually begin closing.

If you love direct contacts with customers, that’s the place to be. Amazing relationships based on true partnership to build the best solution. I enjoy hearing my clients sharing the impact we have on their employees.

A lot of work! Which in my case is a good thing the more I do the more t sale the more I make

Pros

Company is filled with genuine and kind people doing meaningful work. Having resources in the US and EMEA gives global coverage and a lot of opportunity. On Trend with the use of agentic AI in the HR Space while still offering powerful options for HR service center personnel.

Cons

Would be great to get together in-person more often to increase company synergy and align on market prioritization and cross-training.
