Management was Unprofessional - Implementation Consultant Neocol Employee Review

Neocol is an outstanding place to work. They have grown into one of the top Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consulting partners and have a track record of taking on the most challenging projects, but still delivering exceptional work. Neocol has amazing benefits in addition to the typical benefits most companies provide such as unlimited PTO, internet and phone reimbursement, and mandatory PTO per quarter. Where Neocol really shines is through its people. Not only is everyone immensely qualified, but everyone genuinely cares about one another. At Neocol you will never be alone and you will always have access to tons of Revenue Cloud subject matter experts. People are always willing to work together as a team to solve the toughest business challenges. I’ve never worked for a better company.

Not a whole lot to share here. Just typical consulting firm struggles that are not unique to Neocol. A lot of the negative reviews on here are actually quite subjective and hard to take seriously.

* The company has successfully navigated significant growth amidst the pandemic, macro-economic headwind, and a rapidly changing Salesforce Ecosystem * The company's GTM positioning is unique and differentiated - it requires discipline and a hyper-awareness of what drives a channel-led business to be successful * Due to its highly differentiated GTM - it delivers the same types of projects over & over again across a very difficult product-set. The IP, use cases, and repeatable playbooks created as a result of doing the same types of projects means that success is delivered more frequently & consistently. * The company has made significant improvements by way of culture - Neocol Cares, DE&I Committee, Ladies+ league, and more. Change does not happen over night but this is in direct response to wanting to create an environment that is more fulfilling than just project work

* Remaining a high-growth company is hard. It requires constant adaptation, change, and growth. That can be difficult to manage - it can feel that there are many things happening, and there are, which is not for everyone. In fact, leading through change is not just a C-Level thing - everyone has the opportunity to lead through change no matter if you directly manage people or not.
