Pros
Excellent place to get beginning experience but I recommend leaving within 2-5 years of experience. The environment is lower pressure than comparable companies.
Cons
In comparison to other companies, their manufacturing is disorganized and GMP procedures could be improved upon greatly. Manufacturing management is not great and is very reactive rather than proactive when it comes to quality issues. Company needs a good dose Lean Six Sigma and improved quality procedures. Corporate management does not put proper priority on quality.
