Pros
None. I was terminated on video with no warning, as were other members of my team in separate meetings. The company clearly decided to cut staff and make those who remain suffer instead of managing their finances appropriately. I have never worked in as toxic a place as Neogen turned out to be.
Cons
Two-faced leadership. Lacking in resources. Inconsistent messaging regarding company performance. Constant requests from CEO for staff to buy stock. Reliance on shock tactics to manage critical situations. Toxic, toxic, toxic.
