Pay is extremely low for most people Bonus is applied inconsistently Executive leadership needs executive coaching….. does not appear they know how to show up in an executive capacity. Facilities are dilapidated and not a pleasant environment to work in Process and systems are way behind the times I don’t know a single person that is happy or proud to work at the company Leadership make decisions that are questionable both morally and ethically
